Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For ground orders over $199 shipping to the contiguous US is free, oversized/overweight items excluded. Standard ground is delivered UPS or USPS depending on purchase size and value.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in San Antonio and Austin. After placing your order and selecting in-store pickup at checkout, your order will usually be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

LIKE NEW	The item is in mint condition, with only slight signs of wear.
EXCELLENT	The item has light wear or scuffs, but is otherwise in pristine condition.
GOOD	The item has been clearly used, showing marks and scratches.
WELL USED	The item has been used, with significant visible signs of wear and tear.
HEAVILY USED	As the name suggests, this item may have dents and significant marks, but it still functions properly.
AS-IS	Useable for parts only. Equipment may or may not work. No warranty or return privileges.
