Do I Have To Wear A Mask?

In short – Yes. In order to keep our staff and other customers safe, we are requiring all our customers to wear a mask before entering our store. We are also practicing safe social distancing by keeping 6 feet from other customers and staff. If you don’t want to wear a mask, we encourage you to shop online on through our website and pick up your order using our curbside service.

What are your store hours?

We will be open from Monday through Saturday from 10am to 4pm. We are closed on Sundays.

If I Place An Order Online Can I Pick It Up Right Away?

Please note that if you place an order online, we do require a 2 hour processing window to have your order ready.

How Many Customers Will Be Allowed In The Store?

We will be allowing 8-10 customers at a time and groups may not exceed two people. If for any reason we happen to exceed the allowed capacity, you are welcome to wait in line outside the store where we will have markers designating the recommended 6 feet of distance.

How Does Curbside Pick-Up Work?

If you wish to use our curbside pick-up service, you can do so by selecting ‘curbside pick-up’ during checkout. Please allow 2 hours for processing. After this time, we will call you to let you know that your order is ready to pick-up. Then stop by our store and call us at 210-349-4400 to let us know you are here to pick up a curbside order.

Are You Still Shipping Items?

Yes! You may still shop on our online store and have your items shipped directly to you.

Can I rent equipment?

Yes! You can rent online through our rental website at cameraxrentals.com. Please allow some extra time when dropping off or picking up as we follow new procedures to keep customers and staff safe.
