Option 1) If you live within the U.S. you can mail in your equipment to be repaired. Simply fill out our online form below. You’ll then receive an e-mail from us that includes instructions for shipping your equipment to us. Once we receive your shipment, we’ll notify you by e-mail.
Option 2) You may drop off your equipment locally if you live in San Antonio or the surrounding areas.
The only accessories you need to include with your gear are those which would affect diagnosis and repair.
Estimates usually take about 7-14 business days to process after we receive your equipment. Our goal is to get you an estimate as quickly as possible. We will contact you with a free repair estimate via e-mail or phone. Please note that Fujifilm repairs make take longer than other manufacturers to process.
Once you have received your estimate, contact us at 210-349-4400 or by e-mail with your reference number to either approve or decline the repair. If you approve, your equipment will continue through the repair process. If you choose to decline, you can either have it shipped back or come to our store to pick it up. Don’t want it shipped back to you? We can either recycle it or buy it from you for parts.
Once your repair is completed, we’ll contact you via your preferred contact methos to let you know. Then, you can either have it shipped back to you (by paying a small shipping and handling fee) or pick it up locally at our store in San Antonio, TX.
