Optical Condition: There is a significant amount of internal dust present behind the glass. Additionally, there are small hairs visible inside the lens elements.
Performance: While these internal artifacts are visible upon inspection, they typically do not impact image quality at wider apertures. However, they may become visible as “spots” or shadows when shooting at very small apertures (like f/11 or f/16).
Mechanical Condition: The zoom and focus mechanisms, as well as the VC and USD systems, have been tested and are working properly.
