  • review rating 5  My husband and I were in San Antonio for an Air Force boot camp graduation and then a wedding. We went in to rent two lenses for my husbands camera and Mikayla in the rental depart was way beyond helpful. She was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the correct lenses we needed for the events. Thank you Mikayla for your help and we will be back to rent in November when our daughter graduates boot camp. 😁

review rating 5  I just want to thank the gentleman Colin & the young lady with brown trench coat, sorry I didn't catch your name, & staff I had a big dilemma with my SD card. I photograph my parents for their 50th anniversary not realizing that the images were shot in raw mode not in jpeg therefore my images could not get process for printing , right away Colin recognized the problem and was helpful courteous and professional and got me to what I need to get to... but the best part & went to my surprise that when Colin returned with my SD card it was at no charge. A true blessing coming from the Camera Exchange especially on the holidays and also that the wedding is in 3 days... I was really short and pressing for time but I got it done thanks to Colin at the Camera Exchange store,, Merry Christmas everyone and a Happy New Year may God bless you all....

review rating 5  My husband purchased my flash and other accessories for my Christmas gift. I'm not too tech savvy, so I went in today. Sam was quick to get everything hooked up and working. I loved his customer service and patience so much that I scheduled a one on one class to learn more. Thank you Sam for being so helpful and knowledgeable. See you Friday.

review rating 5  I go to the store quite often to check out their new gear. The staff is very friendly and informative. Their used gear is often priced better than sites like OfferUp and Amazon. Highly recommended.

review rating 5  It was extremely busy on the Saturday. The rep took his time to explain things to me. Very informative. I got a great buy on the Nikon used lens. It's just like a new lens!

  • review rating 5  The staff and owner have been very helpful through out several purchases that I've made with both their new and used high quality products. I'm always treated with such respect regardless of my experience and welcomed to take my time, sample items and form questions in order to know what is most suitable for my photography needs. I highly recommend visiting camera exchange! They have even offered free workshops from representatives that have been very informative. 5 stars, a great local business to support!

review rating 5  Much different store than I experienced about 9 years years ago. On a recent visit the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. In my opinion it's worth paying a little extra to support a locally owned store, especially when they try to earn my business.
