SmallRig F40 mini Follow Focus

The SmallRig F40 is a compact mini follow focus system designed for use with mirrorless and smaller cinema cameras on shoulder rigs, cages, and support systems. It attaches to standard 15mm rod systems and provides a mechanical gear drive that engages with a lens focus gear ring, allowing smooth and controlled manual focus pulls during video shooting without directly touching the lens barrel. A focus marking disk allows focus positions to be noted and repeated accurately across takes, supporting consistent focus pulls between shots. The compact and lightweight construction keeps the addition to a camera rig minimal, making it well suited to smaller builds where a full-sized follow focus unit would be impractical. Left and right hard stops can be set to limit the focus throw range when needed.
