With a guide number of 125′ (ISO 100), the Neewer TT560 is a straightforward manual speedlight designed for users who want simple, consistent flash control without advanced TTL automation. It provides eight manual power levels ranging from full power (1/1) down to 1/128, allowing precise adjustment for different lighting situations.
The flash head features fixed coverage with built-in bounce and diffusion tools, including a pull-out reflector card for directing light forward when bouncing and a wide-angle diffuser panel to soften output for more even illumination. The head tilts up to 90° and rotates 270°, giving flexible control over light direction for bounce and creative positioning.
For triggering flexibility, the TT560 supports multiple connection methods. It can operate as an optical slave with two modes—S1 for instant sync and S2 for pre-flash ignore—making it compatible with many on-camera flashes. A sync port is also included for wired triggering setups.
Powered by four AA batteries (not included), recycle times range from approximately 0.1 to 5 seconds depending on power level and battery quality, making it suitable for basic portrait, event, or studio fill use where manual control is preferred.
