The Canon 200mm f/3.5 FL is a classic vintage telephoto prime lens featuring Canon’s historic breech lock FL mount system. Designed for Canon 35mm manual-focus film SLR cameras of the 1960s and 1970s—such as the FT, FTb, and Pellix—this optic can also be adapted to modern mirrorless digital camera systems using an appropriate FL/FD-to-mirrorless adapter. Offering a fast f/3.5 maximum aperture for a 200mm prime of its era, it provides strong subject isolation, shallow depth-of-field control, and classic vintage rendering for portraiture, action, and nature photography.

Constructed with an all-metal barrel and precision mechanical focusing assembly, the lens features a convenient built-in retractable metal lens hood to help reduce stray light and glare. The manual aperture ring offers smooth tactile detents, and the breech lock ring ensures a rigid, secure connection to compatible camera bodies and mount adapters.
