The SmallRig HawkLock H21 Side Handle with 1/4″-20 Locating Screw is an ergonomic, heavy-duty camera rig handgrip engineered to enhance stability, balance, and operating comfort across mirrorless, DSLR, and compact cinema setups. Designed for versatile rig customization, the handle features an ambidextrous reversible bracket that mounts securely to either the left or right side of a camera cage using its dedicated connector equipped with an anti-twist 1/4″-20 locating screw.

To accommodate different camera cage dimensions, hand sizes, and rig center-of-gravity setups, the handle provides a 1.7-inch vertical slide adjustment range for optimal handheld balance. Built from durable CNC-machined aluminum alloy and composite materials, the chassis comfortably supports rig payloads weighing up to 22 pounds. The top and frame of the grip feature multiple 1/4″-20 threaded accessory sockets and an integrated cold shoe mount, allowing operators to easily attach articulating magic arms, compact on-camera LED fill lights, wireless microphone receivers, or monitors.
