The Really Right Stuff MPR-CL II is a double-dovetail nodal slide rail engineered for panoramic, macro, and close-up photography. Crafted in the USA from solid CNC-machined aircraft-grade aluminum, it allows photographers to slide a camera back and forth along the optical axis to locate the nodal point (entrance pupil) of a lens, eliminating parallax error during multi-shot panoramic stitching. Featuring an integrated Arca-type screw-knob clamp on one end and a full-length Arca-style dovetail along its length, it mounts seamlessly onto tripod heads and accepts standard camera plates or L-brackets. Double-dovetail geometry permits accessories like flash brackets to clamp onto either the top or bottom of the rail.
