The aluminum stand telescopes from 12.6 to 22.1 inches (32 to 56.1cm) across three sections, with flip locks securely holding each section at the desired height. An included C-clamp allows the stand to attach to flat surfaces up to 2 inches thick, such as a desk or countertop, giving it a stable mounting option even in constrained spaces. The top receiver accepts an included 5/8″ stud with reversible 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 male threads, letting photographers mount a light, camera, microphone, or ball head, and the receiver also allows the stud to be mounted horizontally through tapped holes for additional tilt on a light fixture.
