OM SYSTEM OM-3 Mirrorless Camera

The OM SYSTEM OM-3 puts the OM-1 Mark II’s high-speed performance into a
smaller, SLR-inspired body: a 20MP Stacked BSI Live MOS Micro Four Thirds sensor,
the TruePic X processor, and 1053-point cross-type on-chip phase detection
autofocus. It’s aimed at cityscapes, street work and urban nature.

Controls

Customizable dials put the creative tools within reach. A dedicated Creative
Dial switches between color and monochrome profiles, and a Computational
Photography button opens Live ND, Focus Stacking and GND mode directly rather
than through menus.

Stabilization

• 5-axis in-body stabilization rated at 6.5 stops at the center, 5.5 stops at the corners.
• With Sync IS-compatible lenses, 7.5 stops at the center and 6.5 at the corners.

Autofocus and burst

• 1053-point Quad Pixel AF for subject tracking.
• AI Detection AF for people, motorsports, birds and pets.
• Starry Sky AF for astrophotography.
• Sequential shooting to 120 fps, or 50 fps with AF tracking.
• Pro Capture Mode records up to 70 frames from before you fully press the shutter.
