The ProMaster 105mm Pure Light Circular Polarizing (CPL) Filter is a professional-grade optical enhancement tool engineered for large-diameter lenses, telephoto primes, and cinema optics. Essential for landscape photographers, architectural shooters, and cinematographers, a circular polarizer provides optical effects that cannot be replicated in post-production software: cutting harsh surface glare, eliminating reflections from water and glass, deepening blue skies, punching up foliage contrast, and cutting through atmospheric haze.
Crafted in Japan with precision-ground, finely polished Schott B270 optical glass, the Pure Light CPL utilizes premium polarizing films to ensure high light transmission, low surface reflectivity, and color-neutral performance without unnatural color casts. The multi-layer coating includes advanced hydrophobic and oleophobic barriers that resist water droplets, oil, fingerprints, and environmental dirt, making the surface easy to clean in the field. To prevent stray light bounces and internal flaring, a matte black coating is applied directly to the outer perimeter edge of the glass. Encased in a slim, precision-machined anodized aluminum rotating frame, it eliminates vignetting on wide angles while maintaining front 105mm filter threads for standard lens caps and stacked filters.
