It provides greater control over the light output while significantly increasing intensity, making it well suited for productions that require a more focused and powerful beam.
Featuring a dual-lens optical design and a large 6-inch front Fresnel element, the Fresnel 2X efficiently concentrates the light while minimizing light loss. The rear optical element focuses and magnifies the beam onto the front Fresnel lens, allowing compatible fixtures to achieve substantially greater output compared to use without the attachment.
The rotating barrel provides smooth adjustment between a narrow 12° spot and a wider 40° flood. Its lens-style focusing mechanism makes it easy to fine-tune beam coverage for interviews, filmmaking, studio productions, and other controlled lighting applications. Improved ventilation and reduced light leakage further enhance efficiency during use.
