Impact 40″ Extension Grip Arm (Black)

The Impact 40″ Extension Grip Arm (Black) is a staple accessory on any film, video, or photo production set, serving as an ideal mate to an optional C-stand. The 40-inch, non-skid bar slips neatly into a compatible grip head mounted to a stand, allowing photographers and grips to offset and cantilever a flag, gobo, light, or other accessory out in front of the stand, often functioning as a short boom.

The arm uses a 5/8-inch diameter bar, compatible with both 3/8″ (9mm) and 5/8″ (16mm) accessories, giving it broad versatility for mounting lighting modifiers, flags, and other grip equipment. A permanently attached 2.5-inch universal grip head with a large, ergonomic T-handle sits at one end of the bar, providing a secure mounting point and comfortable, high-torque tightening.
