The Peak Design Cuff Camera Wrist Strap (Black) is the most elegant, unobtrusive way to protect a camera, rangefinder, binoculars, or similar device from accidental drops, offering ultra-strong, low-profile drop protection that stays out of the way during a shoot. When not in use, the Cuff wraps comfortably around the wrist as a bracelet, keeping it handy and readily accessible.

The strap connects quickly and securely to a camera, binoculars, or other gear using Peak Design’s unique Anchor Link system, with two Anchors included in the box, letting the Cuff be set up for use across two different cameras or devices. Each Anchor features 2-layer anti-abrasion woven thermoplastic cord and thermoplastic over-molding, rated to withstand more than 200 lb (90kg), strong enough to secure the heaviest of professional camera, lens, and accessory combinations. If the camera is accidentally dropped, the wrist loop automatically cinches down for added security.

An anodized aluminum adjuster locks the Cuff in an open position for easy on/off, or cinches it down snugly around the wrist for extra security while shooting, and an adjustable magnetic clasp lets it be worn comfortably as a bracelet when disconnected from a camera. The wrist loop fits palms over 5 in. (13cm) wide, accommodating a broad range of hand sizes, with a diameter of approximately 9.7cm (3.82 in.) when open and 4.5cm (1.75 in.) when cinched.

Build quality uses premium, seatbelt-style nylon webbing (0.75 in./19mm wide) for increased durability, smoothness, and twist resistance, with Hypalon accents on the black colorway. The connectors themselves use glass-reinforced nylon with stainless steel springs. The strap weighs approximately 50g, and the kit includes the Cuff wrist strap, two Anchors, and a microfiber storage pouch.
