The Pelican 1500 is a mid-size hard-shell carrying case designed to protect camera bodies, lenses, and accessories in demanding transport and storage conditions. The shell is constructed from high-impact polypropylene and features a watertight, dustproof seal via a polyurethane O-ring, with an automatic pressure equalization valve to allow for easy opening after changes in altitude. The interior is fitted with Pelican’s Pick N Pluck foam, which allows users to customize the internal layout by removing pre-cubed sections to fit their specific gear configuration. Four double-throw latches secure the lid, and an integrated carrying handle is built into the top of the case.
