Mechanical & Operational State: Good overall condition. The internal zoom mechanics, rubber focus scaling, mount contacts, and high-speed stepping autofocus motor are fully responsive and stable.

Front Element Condition: Inspection reveals some light physical scratches on the front glass element.

Performance Impact: Because these shallow surface abrasions are located on the outermost curvature of the glass and far away from the camera’s focal plane, they do not show up in sample images, affect resolution, or cause unusual flaring under standard test shooting conditions.
