The Sony FE 20mm f/1.8 G is a full-frame wide-angle prime lens in Sony E mount, well suited to landscape, architecture, astrophotography, and environmental portrait work where a wide field of view is desired. The f/1.8 maximum aperture provides strong low-light performance particularly useful for night sky and interior photography. The optical design incorporates two ED glass elements and three aspherical elements to control chromatic aberration, distortion, and coma across the frame. Autofocus is driven by two XD linear motors for fast, quiet, and precise focusing suited to both stills and video.
