The Sony FE 50mm f/2.8 Macro is a highly versatile standard prime lens engineered for full-frame E-mount mirrorless cameras. Doing double duty as both a specialized close-up optic and an everyday normal lens, it offers a true life-size 1:1 maximum magnification ratio alongside a natural 50mm perspective. This combination makes it equally adept at capturing intricate textures, insects, and fine details, as well as portraits, street photography, and general walk-around subjects.

Built with physical focus control switches on the barrel and weather-resistant sealing, this compact lens balances professional macro reproduction with a lightweight form factor. This package includes the front and rear lens caps.

Please note: This lens is in well-used condition. The physical housing exhibits extensive cosmetic scratches all over the body, and the internal optical path contains a heavy accumulation of dust. However, the glass elements are free of scratches, and the lens remains fully functional.

The internal autofocus drive acquires targets reliably, the manual focusing ring adjusts with appropriate resistance, and the focus limiter and lock switches actuate accurately.

Internal Dust Condition: The internal optical barrel houses a heavy accumulation of fine dust particles speckled throughout the elements. This standard buildup from regular field use is visible under a diagnostic light but does not affect image resolution, contrast, or final exposure files under everyday shooting parameters.

Cosmetic Presentation: This unit is in well-used condition. The exterior polycarbonate housing displays extensive cosmetic wear, including noticeable scratches, scuffs, and finish rubbing marks all over the body from heavy real-world use. The front and rear glass elements themselves are clean and completely free of scratches, fungus, or haze.
