The trigger operates on Godox’s 2.4GHz X System, providing wireless communication with compatible Godox flashes and monolights equipped with a built-in or add-on X System receiver, supporting Sony’s ADI/P-TTL automatic flash metering as well as full manual control depending on the connected flash’s capabilities, with high-speed sync up to 1/8000 second for balancing flash output against bright ambient light or shooting wide apertures in daylight. Effective wireless range extends up to 328 feet, and when used with compatible flashes and receivers, users gain remote power control from the camera position.

The trigger supports up to 16 flash groups across 32 channels, along with 99 wireless ID settings for limiting interference from other nearby wireless systems in busy shooting environments.
