Rent NowThe Nikon SC-29 is an off-camera flash cord designed to provide TTL flash control when using compatible Nikon Speedlights with Nikon SLR cameras equipped with a TTL hot shoe. It provides greater flexibility for positioning a flash away from the camera while maintaining communication between the camera and Speedlight.
The coiled cord measures approximately 3′ in its relaxed position and can extend up to approximately 9′, making it useful for handheld off-camera flash setups, flash brackets, portrait photography, events, and other situations where additional control over lighting position is needed. An integrated AF Illuminator provides autofocus assistance when working in low-light environments. The SC-29 also supports advanced flash functions when paired with compatible Nikon Speedlights and camera bodies.
Posi-Lock mechanisms at both ends provide a secure connection to the camera and flash, while the camera-side cord is positioned parallel to the camera for improved handling and a more streamlined setup.
