Through the TAP-in Utility software, the console allows several customization options depending on the lens model and built-in features. Focus adjustment lets photographers make micro-adjustments across three distance regions (close, intermediate, and far), with zoom lenses supporting up to eight additional focal-length segments for a combined total of up to 24 adjustable regions, useful for correcting front- or back-focus issues. For lenses equipped with Tamron’s Vibration Compensation (VC) system, users can select among different VC modes, including viewfinder-prioritized stabilization, stabilization active only during exposure, or a balanced mode between the two. Lenses with full-time manual focus override can have that feature set to ON or OFF, along with fine-tuning the sensitivity of the focus ring between High and Low ranges.
