The AD200Pro II is a 200Ws battery flash that ships with two interchangeable
heads — the H200 II speedlite head and the H200J II bare bulb head — so one unit
covers both a focused, speedlight-style beam and a bare-bulb spread. Output runs
from full power down to 1/512, recycling takes 0.01 to 0.8 seconds, and TTL is
supported for Canon, Nikon, Sony, FUJIFILM, Olympus and Panasonic.
Output and sync
- Guide number — 170′ (52m) with the speedlite head, 196′ (60m) with the bare bulb, at ISO 100.
- Flash duration — 1/272 to 1/23,500 sec (speedlite head); 1/252 to 1/16,200 sec (bare bulb head).
- High-speed sync to 1/8000 sec, with TTL, Manual and Multi modes and stroboscopic firing up to 90 times.
- Stable Color Temperature mode — holds output to within ±100K across the full power range.
Wireless control
Part of the Godox 2.4 GHz wireless X system, with a 328′ range across 16
groups and 32 channels, driven by the X3, X2, XPro or XPro II triggers. The X3
adds one-tap sync, which pairs trigger and flash without setting channels or IDs
by hand. A Group Color Indicator shows each group as a distinct color on the
unit, so you can tell lights apart across a room.
Modeling light and power
- Bi-color LED modeling lamp on both heads, adjustable 2800K to 6000K, 1400 lux at 3.3′. It can track flash power for previewing or run independently from 10 to 100%.
- Battery — 14.4V/2900mAh lithium pack good for around 500 full-power flashes; charger included, with the optional PB960 power box for longer shoots.
- Fan-cooled, with firmware updates supported.
Mounting and expansion
- Included bracket with a 5/8″ stand receiver and multiple 1/4″-20 threads.
- Optional H200R round head, R200 ring flash head, or the ADS200 stick head for a 360° beam spread.
- 2 lb complete.
