The monitor accepts digital signals up to DCI 4K at 24p and UHD 4K over HDMI, utilizing an internal 4K-to-1080p oversampling engine to generate high-resolution, artifact-free 1080p monitoring images and clean HDMI loop output.
Distinguishing itself as a comprehensive rig command hub, the LH7C features advanced wired camera control powered by the included TA03Y USB-C/HDMI adapter cable. The system automatically identifies connected Sony, Canon, and Panasonic camera bodies, allowing operators to adjust critical parameters—including ISO, iris/aperture, shutter speed, white balance, and autofocus modes—or trigger video recording directly from the monitor’s capacitive touchscreen. Sony users also gain access to the Touchscreen Focus Tracking Frame tool, which allows shooters to reposition and select AF tracking boxes by tapping directly on the live video feed.
